Working with individuals to help them achieve happier and more fulfilling lives is my goal. I have a genuine concern for people and a sincere desire to help others. As a therapist I offer support, encouragement, insight, and understanding.

I use a number of evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.  As a Christian therapist I integrate a Christian worldview with traditional therapy practices.
